This policy outlines our processing, shipping times, and tax handling for your WILDCOLORZ order.

 

Our Location and Fulfillment Speed 

 

  • Shipping Hub: All orders are packaged and dispatched from our facility in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.

  • Fulfillment Goal: We aim to process and fulfill all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).


 

1. Processing and Fulfillment Time

2. Shipping Couriers and Delivery Estimates

 

We primarily use Chit Chats, which partners with national carriers (like USPS for the US) to offer reliable tracking and cost savings.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates (in business days) and are not guaranteed. Times can be impacted by customs processing.

3. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees (Critical Information)

 

Your order may be subject to different taxes and fees depending on the destination.

Your shipping total is a DDP (Delivered Duty paid). WildColorz pays the duties tariffs on these items at no extra cost to customers.


 

4. Delays and Exceptions

Carrier Liability: Once we drop your package off at Chit Chats, delays caused by weather, natural events, global crises, or local postal service issues are outside of our control however We will still help you through such issues, just send Us a message. 

Customer Error: We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Backordered Items: If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Backordered items may cause a 1–3 business day delay.


 

Note: Orders placed after Friday afternoon will be prepared over the weekend and dispatched by Sunday/Monday. We strive to get your stationery into your hands as fast as possible!
